“Challah is my weekly meditation — a small ritual of self-care and a moment to leave the week behind. Kneading the dough, watching it rise, and waiting for something beautiful to emerge makes all the tiredness and noise of the week disappear. It’s a simple process, but it always brings me peace.

I shaped the challah into a heart as a symbol of love, care, and the beauty of creating something with your own hands. I wanted the design to capture that quiet feeling of love and peace that challah brings me and many others every week.”
