Pin sizes
1.25" (~32 mm) is our most popular size. Smaller sizes (0.75"–1") suit simple lapel pins; larger sizes (1.5"–2") give more room for fine detail.
Soft vs hard enamel
Soft enamel has a slightly textured, recessed colour you can feel. Hard enamel is polished flush for a smooth, jewellery-like finish. Both use the same vibrant colours.
UV printing
UV printing is great for very fine details, gradients, or small text that traditional enamel can’t capture. It’s an optional add-on we can advise on for your design.

Can I order less than 50 pins for my custom design?
No, we have a strict minimum order of 50 pins for all custom designs.
In which format should I upload my design?
Feel free to use any common format—AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG, or others.
When will my custom order arrive?
Production and delivery typically take 4–6 weeks from the date the final design is approved.
Can you explain the custom order process?
Yes. After finalizing your artwork, we begin by creating a custom metal mold, which takes about 1 week. Once ready, we produce a sample pin and send you a photo for approval. Colors can still be changed at this stage. Once approved, we start production.
Can you help with the design?
Absolutely. Whether you have a rough sketch or just an idea, we’ll work with you to bring it to life.
What’s the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel?
Soft enamel sits slightly below the metal lines for a textured finish. Hard enamel is polished smooth and flush for a glossy, jewelry-like surface.
What packaging options do you offer?
Custom branded backing cards, luxe velvet boxes, and eco-friendly options.
Can I create multiple designs in one order?
Yes. Each unique design requires its own mold and may be subject to a separate minimum.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Definitely. Once your mold is made, we keep it on file so reorders are easy and cost-effective.

The important bits before you order
How much does shipping cost for a custom order?
Shipping is already included in your price. The price we quote per pin is the full cost — it covers the one-time setup fee, your free pre-production sample, and delivery to your door. Nothing extra is added later.
Can I get a refund on a custom order?
Because every custom order is made to order from your own artwork, custom orders are non-refundable. We send you a sample photo to approve before production begins, so every detail is confirmed first.
