We currently offer domestic and international shipping.
Domestic Orders (HFD):

- Local Pick up point is ₪22
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days
International Orders (FedEx):

- Delivery time 7-10 business days
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. We offer bulk and wholesale pricing based on order size.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide! Most popular destinations include Australia, Belgium, Canada, US, UK, Germany, France, and many more.
How long does international shipping take?
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- North America: 10-18 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 12-21 business days
- Other: 14-28 business days
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Depends on your country's import regulations. As the recipient, you're responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
How can I find out about my country's import duties?
Check with your local postal service or customs authority before ordering.
What if my package gets held in customs?
You'll receive a notice from customs with instructions. We're happy to provide any documentation needed.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
What if my tracking shows no updates?
International packages can have tracking gaps. If no updates for 7+ days beyond expected delivery, contact us.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We stand behind every order. If confirmed lost or damaged, we'll offer replacement or refund.
Custom Pin Orders

Can I order less than 50 pins for my custom design?
No, we have a minimum order of 50 pins for all custom designs.
In which format should I upload my design?
Any common format — AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG, or others.
When will my custom order arrive?
4–6 weeks from the moment the final design is approved.
Can you explain the custom order process?
Yes. After finalizing artwork, we create a custom metal mold (~1 week), produce a sample pin for photo approval, then start production.
Can you help with the design?
Absolutely. Whether you have a rough sketch or just an idea, we'll work with you to bring it to life.
What’s the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel?
Soft enamel sits slightly below the metal lines for a textured finish. Hard enamel is polished flush for a glossy, jewelry-like surface.
What packaging options do you offer?
Custom branded backing cards, luxe velvet boxes, eco-friendly options.
Can I create multiple designs in one order?
Yes. Each unique design requires its own mold and may have a separate minimum.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Definitely. We keep your mold on file so reorders are easy and cost-effective.
