Package Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

We currently offer domestic and international shipping.

Domestic Orders:

  • Home Delivery is ₪35
  • Local Pick up point is ₪22
  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days

International Orders:

  • Shipping cost is ₪60
  • We ship internationally once a week, and you’ll receive a tracking number
  • Delivery time is usually up to 15 business days depending on your location

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide! Our most popular destinations include Australia, Belgium, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and many other countries. If you don't see your country listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll check if we can arrange shipping to your location.

How long does international shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium): 7-14 business days
  • North America (US, Canada): 10-18 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 12-21 business days
  • Other destinations: 14-28 business days

Please note these are estimates and may be affected by local postal services, customs processing, or seasonal delays.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

This depends on your country's import regulations and the value of your order. As the recipient, you're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority. We mark all packages with accurate values as required by international law.

How can I find out about my country's import duties?

We recommend checking with your local postal service or customs authority before ordering. Most countries have online duty calculators. Generally, small personal orders of pins and accessories have minimal or no duties, but policies vary by country.

What if my package gets held in customs?

If customs holds your package, they'll typically send you a notice with instructions. You may need to provide additional information or pay applicable duties. We're happy to provide any documentation needed, including detailed product descriptions and purchase receipts.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking information via email. International tracking coverage varies by destination country, but most major markets provide detailed tracking updates.

What if my tracking shows no updates?

International packages sometimes have tracking gaps, especially during customs processing. If there are no updates for more than 7 days beyond expected delivery time, contact us and we'll help investigate with the postal service.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We stand behind every order. If your package is confirmed lost by postal services or arrives damaged, we'll work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund options.

Custom Pin Orders

Everything you need to know about designing and ordering your own custom pin from submitting your artwork to production and delivery.

Can I order less than 50 pins for my custom design?

The short answer is no, we have a minimum order of 50 pins for all custom designs.
Creating custom pins starts with making a unique metal mold specifically for your design. This setup process comes with a fixed cost, so to keep things affordable, we require a minimum of 50 units per order.

In which format should I upload my design?

Feel free to use any common format—AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG, or others.

When will my custom order arrive?

Production and delivery takes between 4-6 weeks from the moment the final design is approved

Can you explain the custom order process?

Yes. Here’s how it works:

  • After finalizing your artwork, we begin by creating a custom metal mold, which takes about 1 week.
  • Once the mold is ready, we produce a sample pin and send you a photo for approval of the colors and finish.
  • At this stage, colors can still be changed.
  • However, once the mold is created, the shape and design are final.
  • Changes to the design would require a new mold and additional charge of 300 nis , which is why we confirm every detail with you beforehand.
  • Once the sample has been approved we start production
Can you help with the design?

Absolutely. Whether you have a rough sketch or just an idea, we’ll work with you to bring it to life and make sure it’s pin-perfect.

What’s the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel?

Soft Enamel:

The enamel sits slightly lower than the raised metal lines, creating a textured finish you can feel. It offers vibrant colors and a more traditional pin look, often with a bit more depth and contrast.

Hard Enamel:

The enamel is polished smooth and flush with the metal lines, resulting in a sleek, glossy surface. It's more durable and refined, giving a premium, jewelry-like finish.

Can I create multiple designs in one order?

Yes. We can produce multiple designs, but each unique design requires its own mold and may be subject to a separate minimum. Let’s discuss what works best for your needs.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Definitely. Once your mold is made, we keep it on file so reorders are easy and cost-effective — no need to pay for a new mold.
