At PinPerfect, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Below is a breakdown of our domestic and international shipping options.
For domestic orders, shipping is a flat rate. International shipping varies by region.
Domestic Shipping — Israel
We currently ship within Israel via HFD, with two delivery options:
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Track your shipment on the HFD tracking site.
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.
- Minimum order: ₪60.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx. Rates vary by destination region:
Exact rate for your country is calculated at checkout. Other regions not listed above — please contact us for a custom quote.
- You’ll receive an email with a tracking number after your order ships.
- Track international shipments on FedEx.
- Estimated delivery: varies by country, typically up to 15 business days.
- Minimum order: ₪120.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rates above.
Delays & Carrier Issues
All delivery times are estimates. Once we hand your package to the carrier, title and risk pass to you. We’re not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control — but we’ll always help track and resolve issues.
