Refund Policy
Our policy if a pin arrives damaged, missing, or just isn’t right.
Thank you for choosing PinPerfect. As a small business, we take pride in creating high-quality enamel pins with attention to detail and care. Below is our policy regarding refunds, returns, and replacements to ensure clarity and transparency.
All Sales Can Be Cancelled and Refunded Within 48 Hours of Purchase
If you’d like to cancel your purchase, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order by emailing david@pinperfect.store with your order number.
After 48 hours, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible as your order is likely already packed and shipped.
We want you to love your PinPerfect products! While we don’t accept returns once a package has been shipped, if you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 21 days of delivery and we may offer store credit.
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of our products — custom-made or produced in limited batches — we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any custom orders. Custom pins are uniquely tailored to your specifications. For this reason, all custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
Each pin is inspected before shipment, but in the rare event your order arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Contact us within 21 days of receiving your order
- Include a brief description of the issue and a clear photo
- If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll replace it at no extra cost
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. However, we will do everything we can to help track the package for you and can offer replacement options where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If your order is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.
Consumer Protection Law
We abide by the consumer protection law in Israel. Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771–2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981.
