How much does shipping cost for a custom order?
Shipping is already included in your price. The price we quote per magnet is the full cost — it covers the one-time setup fee, your free pre-production sample, and delivery to your door. Nothing extra is added later.
Can I get a refund on a custom order?
Because every custom order is made to order from your own artwork, custom orders are non-refundable. We send you a sample photo to approve before production begins, so every detail is confirmed first.
