How to Order Custom Enamel Pins: Artwork to Delivery
You do not need production-ready artwork to start a custom pin order. A logo, sketch or reference image can begin the conversation. The useful first step is to explain who the pins are for, how many you need and when you need them.
1. Send the idea and practical requirements
PinPerfect makes custom enamel pins from 50 pieces per design. Share the quantity for each design, your event date and delivery destination. For an organization, include any brand guidelines and a clear logo file. The quote form accepts AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG and JPG files.
Use artwork you are entitled to reproduce. If you have only an initial concept, say which details matter most. Design support is included, and the artwork can be adapted to the manufacturing process.
2. Agree the size, finish and attachment
The form covers sizes of approximately 19, 25, 32, 38, 44 and 51 mm across the longest side. A detailed logo or small text may need a larger pin or a simpler drawing. Review the design at its actual intended size rather than only zoomed in on a screen.
Soft enamel has recessed colour and raised metal lines. Hard enamel is polished to a smoother surface. Discuss plating, rubber or butterfly clutches, any magnetic attachment, and packaging before the quote is finalized. A backing card is part of the specification rather than something to assume is included in every order.
3. Review the written quotation
Check the quantity per design, dimensions, enamel, plating, attachments, packaging, price before VAT and delivery details. PinPerfect’s indicative prices include setup and Israel shipping; international shipping is quoted separately. See the bulk order and pricing guide for planning ranges.
4. Approve a real sample in photos or video
After the design is agreed, a real sample pin is manufactured. You receive photos or video for approval before the production run. Check the shape, lettering, colour areas, metal finish and attachment against the agreed specification. Ask about anything unclear before approving it.
This is approval of a real sample through images; it does not mean a physical sample is shipped to you. Keep the approved specification and reference images with the order details.
5. Allow time for production and delivery
Typical production and delivery take 4–6 weeks from artwork approval. Share a fixed event deadline at the beginning so feasibility can be confirmed before you commit. For a reorder, provide the previous order reference and confirm the current specification, price and schedule.
